Will I see a proof?
Yes, we require approval of all artwork, even art supplied to us from customers.  You will see a PDF proof within 24 hours of placing an order.

Is there an artwork fee for you to create artwork?
Artwork is always free at BuyThunderStix.com.  Please contact us if we can help design your next thunderstix!

What type of compliance do the thunderstix follow?
MADE IN USA! CPSC/CPSIA & Prop 65 Compliant all the time and now we are also HFFP compliant.

Can I have multiple product colors within the same order?
You are able to have more than 1 product color as along as the imprint color is the same for all stix.  There would be no additional charge.  Please make note which colors you want to order in the comments section.

Do you offer custom shapes?
We do offer custom shapes and jobs.  Please contact customer service with your quantity and idea!

Where do I send artwork?
Art can be sent directly to the art department at art@yourpromopeople.com.

What Credit Cards are accepted?
We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover & American Express.

Do I have options for Production Time?
We do offer several options: Blank Thunderstix ship same day if ordered before 3 pm EST. Printed Rush Production has 1 - 3 Day Options Printed Standard Production is 5 - 7 Business Days
